The synthetic diamonds Swarovski Created Diamonds are real diamonds, created in the laboratory using cutting-edge technological processes reproducing the natural conditions of diamond formation.
They own the same chemical, physical and optical properties than a mined diamond: hardness, brilliance, luster and purity.
Know-how inspired by nature
These diamonds are grown from a tiny diamond crystal, fed with carbon atoms then exposed to extreme heat and pressure in two methods: HPHT (high pressure, high temperature) or CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition).
Each stone is thus formed in a unique way, with its own inclusions and its singular shine.
The 4Cs: a global reference
Like natural diamonds, synthetic diamonds are valued according to the 4C :
- Clarity : by I.F. (without defects) to I3 (with inclusions).
- Cut : a precise size that reveals all the shine.
- Color : from D to F (colorless) to S-Z (lightly colored).
- Carat (Weight) : from 0.05 to more than 3 carats depending on the diameter.
An ethical and responsible creation
The collections Swarovski Galaxy and Eternity are cut and polished using renewable energy, and mounted on 100% recycled gold alloys.
Each diamond greater than 0.25 ct is certified by theIGI (International Gemological Institute) and wears a laser engraving invisible to the naked eye, guaranteeing its authenticity.
An alternative for the future
Ethical, durable and of exceptional brilliance, synthetic diamonds offer the same luxury as natural diamonds, to a best value for money.
They embody the perfect meeting between science, jewelry art and sustainability.
