ARTICLE N ° 1: Field of application and modification of the General Conditions of Sale

 

These general conditions of sale govern only all sales concluded on the website azuline.com/fr.

Azuline reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. These are only applicable to the products present on this site. In the event of a modification, the general conditions of sale are applied to each order in force on the day of the order.

 

Article n ° 2: Products

 

We strive to describe our products precisely, but we cannot guarantee that the descriptions are complete, exact or up to date. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions about a particular product

 

- Guarantee of our products (excluding "brand" section)

1/ All our silver jewelry is guaranteed 925/1000 silver controlled and punctured. They are guaranteed for 1 year against all manufacturing defects linked to normal use of the product.

2/ All our gold plated jewelry are made on a brass base. The gold deposited is gold 750/000 with a thickness of 3 microns guaranteed and without dispersion. All gold plated items are also punished. They are also guaranteed for 1 year against all manufacturing defects linked to normal use of the product.

3/ Our steel jewelry is made of 316L surgical steel (unless otherwise indicated). They are also guaranteed for 1 year against all manufacturing defects linked to normal use of the product.

4/ Costless jewelry is guaranteed on the basis of a manufacturing defect only on a 3 -month basis (receiving the package being proof).

In any event, the legal guarantee against hidden defects applies.

 

- Guarantee of our "brand" products

For all other "brand" jewelry, the applicable warranty is that of the brand in question. For more detail, the applicable warranty is marked on each product sheet.

- Price

The prices displayed on the Azuline.com website are likely to change at any time. However, the price changes occurring after the ordering does not result in any modification of the invoice of the order. The prices in force at the time of the order will be the prices applied.

All our prices are displayed in euros all taxes included at the VAT rate in force (20%).

The price of the items does not include the processing or shipping costs which can be invoiced in addition to the sale price.

Orders' settlement must be carried out in euros and the amount indicated after placing an order.

 

Article n ° 3: order

 

By placing an order on our site, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and having fully accepted them. The products remain the exclusive property of Laurine until full payment of the invoice.

A confirmation of order reception is automatic transmitted to the customer by e-mail. The customer must ensure that his messaging is well configured to accept e-mails from our site azuline.com before validating the order.

The Azuline.com site would not be held responsible for the non-receipt of our emails by customer messaging.

Any order can be canceled by simple customer request by email, or by phone, before shipment thereof. The company would not be held responsible for a cancellation received after shipment of an order.

 

- Billing

Any order whose payment has been validated will give rise to an invoice on which VAT appears, shipping costs and other additional costs (in force at the time of ordering). The invoice will be established in euros in the name indicated during the order.

 

- Payment method

Payment by bank card (CB) or PayPal is available on the Azuline.com website, as well as payment by bank transfer (contact us first).

The order will be registered after payment and validated only as soon as the payment of payment is set up by the bank, or even canceled if the bank refuses payment in the event of non -payment.

 

- Port and treatment costs

Expeditions are made around the world (except in special cases).

Article n ° 4: returns

 

All return procedures are carried out after a request beforehand with our services and are carried out at the following address:

- Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) free days upon receipt of his package to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. The returned items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, not personalized and not used with the corresponding invoice.

The return of the items is the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

 

- Exchange


The exchanges are possible within fifteen (15) days (upon receipt of the package) in their original packaging and with a copy of the compulsory invoice.

In the event of a price difference, a credit will be made to you on our site or a payment request will be sent by e-mail.

 

- S.A.V
