Return policy
We apply a return policy of 30 days. You have 30 days after receipt of your order to request a return, exchange or after-sales service intervention.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unworn, unused, unpersonalized ;
- in its original packaging, with all possible labels;
- accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defect or error on our part.
A prepaid return label may be offered by our customer service depending on the situation.
Any returns made without prior validation cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are possible within a period of 30 days after receipt of the order, provided that the product meets the return conditions.
- In the event of a price difference, a adjustment will be made (additional payment or refund of the difference).
Damaged products or delivery error
Please check your order upon receipt.
In the event of a damaged, broken or non-compliant product, contact us immediately at contact@azuline.com.
A prepaid return label will be provided to you and a suitable solution will be proposed:
- exchange ;
- refund ;
- or have.
Exceptions
Returns are not not accepted for:
- the items personalized or made to order;
- the gift cards.
Right of withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal deadline of 14 days.
At Azuline, this period is extended to 30 days on a commercial basis.
Refunds
After receipt and verification of the return:
- Reimbursement is made to the initial payment method ;
- The customer can also request a credit or an exchange.
Reimbursement is made within a maximum period of 14 days.
The initial delivery costs are refunded in accordance with the right of withdrawal.
