Terms of Sales

Tel: 09 65 39 28 11, e-mail: email@example.com, registered in the commercial register under the number 514 728 500, APE code 4778C and anyone wishing to make a purchase on the azuline.com site.
ARTICLE n°1: Scope and modification of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions of sale govern only all sales concluded on the azuline.com website.
Azuline reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The latter are only applicable to the products present on this site. In the event of modification, the General Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
ARTICLE n°2: THE PRODUCTS
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that descriptions are complete, accurate or up-to-date. We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions about a particular product.
- Guarantee of our products (excluding the "brand" section)
1/ All our silver jewelery is guaranteed 925/1000 silver, checked and hallmarked. They are guaranteed for 1 year against all manufacturing defects related to normal use of the product.
2/ All our gold-plated jewelry is made on a brass base. The gold deposited is 750/000 gold with a guaranteed minimum thickness of 3 microns and without dispersion. All gold plated items are hallmarked as well. They are also guaranteed for 1 year against all manufacturing defects related to normal use of the product.
3/ Our steel jewelry is made of 316L surgical steel (unless otherwise specified). They are also guaranteed for 1 year against all manufacturing defects related to normal use of the product.
4/ The costume jewelery is guaranteed on the basis of a manufacturing defect only on a basis of 3 months (receipt of the package being taken as proof).
In any case, the legal guarantee against hidden defects applies.
- Guarantee of our "brand" products
For all other "brand" jewelry, the applicable warranty is that of the brand in question. For more details, the applicable warranty is marked on each product sheet.

The prices displayed on the azuline.com website are subject to change at any time. However, price changes occurring after the order has been placed do not entail any change in the invoice for the order. The rates in effect at the time of the order will be the rates applied.
All our prices are displayed in EURO All Taxes Included at the current VAT rate (20%).
The price of the items does not include any processing or shipping costs which may be charged in addition to the sale price.
Payment for orders must be made in euros and in the amount indicated after placing the order.
ARTICLE n°3: ORDER
By placing an order on our site, the customer acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and having fully accepted them. The products remain the exclusive property of LAURINE until full payment of the invoice.
A confirmation of receipt of order is automatically sent to the customer by e-mail. The customer must ensure that his email is properly configured to accept emails from our site azuline.com before validating the order.
The azuline.com site would not be held responsible for the non-receipt of our e-mails by the customer's mailbox.
Any order can be canceled by simple request of the customer by email, or by telephone, before shipment thereof. The company would not be held responsible for a cancellation received after shipment of an order.
Any order whose payment has been validated will give rise to an invoice on which will appear the VAT, the shipping costs and other ancillary costs (in force at the time of placing the order). The invoice will be established in euros in the name indicated during the order.
- Payment method
Payment by Credit Card (CB) or PayPal is available on the azuline.com website, as well as payment by bank transfer (contact us first).
The order will be recorded after payment and validated only upon acceptance of the reservation of payment by the bank, or canceled if the bank refuses payment in the event of non-payment.
- Shipping and handling charges
Shipments are made worldwide (except in special cases).
Shipping costs include carrier costs as well as processing costs (order preparation, invoicing).
Shipping costs vary depending on the amount of your order, the carrier chosen and the country of delivery chosen.
- Delivery terms
Any order will only be shipped after full payment thereof. Orders are shipped between 0 and 10 working days (on average within 2 days).
The customer will be notified by e-mail of the dispatch of the order (e-mail address in force on the customer account on the day of delivery).
The articles as well as their invoice will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer when ordering. The address given must be complete and complete. The azuline.com site would not be held responsible for non-delivery in the event of a failure or error in the address indicated by the customer.
Any change of delivery address for an order placed can only be modified by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by telephone (09 65 39 28 11 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from Tuesday to Saturday).
All shipments are made with a tracking code. Tracking is available in the "My Orders" section of our website once logged into your account. The customer can track the shipment on the laposte.fr/suivre-vos-envois website.
ARTICLE n°4: RETURNS
All return procedures are carried out after a prior request to our services and are carried out at the following address:

- Right to retract
In accordance with Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days upon receipt of his package to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay of penalties. A refund, corresponding to the amount of the returned item(s), will be made to the benefit of the customer and within two (2) weeks in the form chosen by the customer (failing this, by bank check).
Returned items must be returned in new condition, in their original packaging, not personalized and not used with the corresponding invoice.
The return of items is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges are possible within fifteen (15) days (upon receipt of the package) in their original packaging and with a copy of the mandatory invoice.
In the event of a price difference, a credit will be made to you on our site or a request for payment will be sent by e-mail.
- after-sales service
When returning an item to After-Sales Service (SAV) after acceptance by our services (any request not made to our services before the return of the item will be refused and will incur additional costs), the customer must must include in the package a copy of the invoice on which the product appears.
The After-Sales Service lead times are approximately 1 to 8 weeks, but these may be longer depending on the product and the supplier.
The costs of returning to the After-Sales Service are the responsibility of the customer, the shipping costs once the item has been repaired are the responsibility of the azuline.com site in the event of a proven defect, otherwise the responsibility of the customer.
If the supplier is unable to repair an item, a credit note for the amount of the item on the date of purchase will be established in the customer's name and deducted from his next purchase.
In the event of a proven defect of an item or of receipt of a broken item and notified to the delivery person as well as to Azuline, the customer's shipping costs will be reimbursed up to €4.90 and the item exchanged at new or refunded in the form of a credit note.

ARTICLE n°6: PERSONAL DATA
In application with the Data Protection Act, any person registered on our lists and/or any customer has the right to access and rectify data concerning him on the internal media of LAURINE SAS.
ARTICLE n°7: APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION
These general conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these general conditions of sale will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
ARTICLE n°8: NON-LIABILITY CLAUSE
We accept no liability for illegal, abusive or fraudulent use of our website or our products.
ARTICLE n°9: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website, including images, text, brands, logos, etc. are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are not permitted to use them without our express permission.
ARTICLE n°10: MODIFICATION OF THE GCS
We reserve the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time, without notice.
