Pack your watch in bubble wrap and a rigid box. Avoid soft, unpadded envelopes.

Stick the label Colissimo received by email and drop off your package at any post office.

You will receive an SMS at each stage: receipt of the watch, repair carried out, and return shipping.

Return within 5–7 working days
Your watch returns to you Colissimo tracked, in protective packaging.
