Prepare your parcel
Wrap your watch in bubble wrap and place it in a rigid box. Avoid soft, unpadded envelopes.

Drop it off at a post office
Stick on the Colissimo label you received by email and drop your parcel off at any post office.

You will receive a text message at each stage: watch received, repair completed, and return shipped.

Returned within 5–7 working days
Your watch is sent back to you by tracked Colissimo, in protective packaging.
