Azuline keeps a commission on each sale and pays you the rest on the 1st and 15th of the month, once the customer’s return period has ended.

For each order, all you need to do is…

Frequently asked questions
Who sells to the customers?
Azuline. Your customers buy on azuline.com: we collect payment, issue the invoice and handle customer service. You create and ship, we take care of the rest.
How am I paid?
Through a commission on sales: your products are sold at the retail price agreed together, Azuline keeps a commission on each sale and pays you the rest. The rate is set with you during our discussion. No hidden fees: the subscription and commission are agreed before go-live.
How much does it cost?
The subscription starts at €29 excl. VAT per month. The amount is agreed together before go-live, based on your catalogue and the support required, and is only billed once your collection is live. It covers our services: onboarding your products, sales, invoicing and customer service. The commission on completed sales comes on top.
When am I paid?
Twice a month, on the 1st and 15th. A sale becomes payable 30 days after delivery to the customer, once the return period has ended, and is paid to you on the next payout date, unless a return or dispute is pending. Example: sale delivered on 3 March → payable on 2 April → paid on 15 April.
How many products can you list?
The product selection is agreed together before go-live, based on your collection and the information available (photos, descriptions, materials).
What are my commitments?
Keep your stock up to date, ship within the agreed times and take responsibility for any manufacturing defects. In return, we take care of sales, invoicing and customer service.
Is there any exclusivity or minimum term?
No. You remain free to sell your creations elsewhere, and the subscription can be cancelled at any time. Orders already placed simply need to be fulfilled.
Who ships the orders?
You do, directly from your workshop or warehouse. We send you the shipping documents and, when customs formalities are required, the customs documents. Shipping arrangements are agreed together based on your country.
What about customer returns?
We handle the return request with the customer. In line with our terms of sale, return costs are borne by the customer.
Do I need to provide photos?
Yes. Photos are supplied by the brand: a product without photos cannot be sold online. If needed, we can retouch your images (cropping, brightness, background removal) to suit our site.
Do I need to be based in France?
No, we welcome brands from every country.
