Bijou-Tri concerne les bijoux. Si votre montre est simplement arrêtée, elle a peut-être seulement besoin d'une pile neuve : voyez notre service de changement de pile avant d'envisager le recyclage.

Puis-je envoyer plusieurs bijoux ?

Oui, autant que vous le souhaitez dans un même colis. Vous recevez un seul code de réduction de 10 %.

Qui paie les frais d'envoi ?

Les frais d'envoi sont à la charge de l'expéditeur. Nous vous conseillons un envoi suivi pour plus de sécurité.

What if we repaired it instead?

Do you accept broken jewelry?

Yes. Recycling concerns precisely costume jewelry, broken, mismatched or out of fashion that you no longer use. If your jewellery item has value or sentimental interest, also consider our repair service.

What about my gold or solid silver jewelry?

For valuable pieces (gold, solid silver), recycling for a 10% reduction is not necessarily the most advantageous for you. We advise you to come to the store for an estimate or repurchase. The service Bijou-Tri is designed for costume jewelry without market value.

Do you accept watches?

Bijou-Tri concerns jewelry. If your watch is simply stopped, it may just need a new battery: see our service of battery replacement before considering recycling.

Can I send multiple pieces of jewelry?

Yes, as many as you want in one package. You receive a single 10% discount code.

Who pays shipping costs?

Shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend tracked shipping for greater security.

Can I collect my jewelry after sending it?

No. Once the package has been sent, recycling is final — this is why we ask you to confirm this before sending. Only send jewelry that you are sure you want to part with.
