Read before sending
Once your jewellery has been sent, no return will be possible: sending it constitutes agreement to its recycling. In return, you will receive by email a 10% discount code valid on azuline.com, within 48 working hours of receipt.

The metals in jewellery can be recycled almost indefinitely: by recycling yours, you help reduce the extraction of new raw materials.
What about repairing it instead?
A broken piece of jewellery isn't necessarily ready for recycling: very often it can be repaired for a few euros and enjoy a second life on your wrist or around your neck. Before parting with it, take a look at our workshop.

Frequently asked questions
Do you accept broken jewellery?
Yes. Recycling is intended precisely for costume jewellery and broken, odd or outdated pieces you no longer use. If your jewellery has value or sentimental significance, also consider our repair service.
What about my solid gold or solid silver jewellery?
For valuable pieces (gold, solid silver), recycling in exchange for a 10% discount is not necessarily the best option for you. We recommend visiting our shop for a valuation or buy-back. The Bijou-Tri service is designed for costume jewellery with no market value.
Do you accept watches?
Bijou-Tri is for jewellery. If your watch has simply stopped, it may only need a new battery: see our battery replacement service before considering recycling.
Can I send several pieces of jewellery?
Yes, as many as you like in a single parcel. You receive a single 10% discount code.
Who pays the postage?
Postage is at your expense. We recommend tracked shipping for added security.
When will I receive my code?
As soon as your parcel has been received and sorted, your 10% discount code is sent to you by email within 48 working hours.
Can I get my jewellery back after sending it?
No. Once the parcel has been sent, recycling is final — which is why we ask you to confirm it before sending. Only send jewellery you are sure you want to part with.
